“We used meet and greet due to travelling with a young child early hours in the morning on our return trip. Putting our car in was fine no issues but on coming home we thought our car would have been ready to go as we put our flight details in and in the terms and conditions it states our car would be ready to collect and go but when arriving at the meet and greet we were told my husband had to go to the 3rd floor to collect the car and leave me with our young daughter and out luggage whilst he went to find the car. It also stated our keys would be returned in a disinfected pouch which they were not.”
