“Excellent service with friendly staff. However, the loose stones on the roads are extremely difficult to avoid with wheeled suitcases and wheelchairs.”
“Great site and easy to get to - best price around! Only downside was when I asked the bus driver upon return if this was the APH carpark she said yes. As soon as we got off we knew it wasn't - but she'd gone! At 11:30pm we had a 7 min pitch black walk to the right car park as the steward said it was only 200 yards round the corner and the next bus would be a while!”
“Parking spaces are way too small for people to park in, even with a normal sized car! Not sure if it's because the lines weren't defined, so people couldn't work out were they needed to go.”
“APH self park is just what we required, we use APH at Gatwick on a regular basis , but have not traveled out of Luton Airport for well over 30 years, the car parking was reasonably priced and efficient, the only downside being stoned areas where you leave your car is uneven and lacking in lighting. If this area was tarmac as at Gatwick it would be a 5 star review, but the lighting and surface lets it down slightly.”
“Disappointed the drive would not let us on the bus as the light in the parking bay was flashing orange. The 3 off us had to stand in the rain for at least 7 minutes before he started to reverse the bus. Then wait a further 20 minutes for the next bus.”
“We booked what we thought was our normal parking. I.E. Park and Ride where you hand in your keys and someone parks your car.
Upon arrival we were told we were in the wrong car park. We advised where to go. We proceeded to the Self Park and Ride car park just a minute away.
Parked the car ourselves kept the key and caught the bus to the Airport. Great service and price.
The Car park is OK.
The bus stop is very basic. A metal box with no doors, lights etc. It was busy most people had to queue outside.
Bus pick up and drop off both the same
We would use again”
