“It's a good service and I have used it a few times however. One thing that always crops up is if you booked drop and go or self park. One is keep the car key and the other is drop it off. So then on return and after relaxing your mind you will often find yourself thinking am I drop and go or self park?. I think you should just change the names of both options as they are right opposite each other and call the one " keep your car key parking" and the other " drop of your key parking" . Then on the bus back when the driver pulls in to either he can shout people with car keys. Or people with no keys”
“Good price and easy parking. Although it was a bit tight and could have had a one way system. Exit signs would have made it more easier to get out. (unless l missed them)”
“Booked in for 3:45 for our 6 o clock flight, I had the receipt and ticket on phone but the attendant said it was not on there system and I had to drive 5 minutes up the road to see a manager, he had to manually enter the booking into the system and then we had to drive back down to the self park, this all took an extra 45 minutes at 4 am in the morning, we were left with 1 hour to get through security and board our plane, luckily there wasn’t a queue through security otherwise we would have missed our flight”

I am very sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced on arrival. I completely understand how stressful it must have been to have a valid booking that could not initially be located, especially at 4:00am with a flight to catch.
I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by having to drive to another location to have your booking manually entered into the system before returning to the car park. I appreciate that this added unnecessary stress to the start of your journey and left you with very little time to get through the airport.
