“I didn’t have any complaints for the car park or the procedure of checking in - that all went very smoothly. However, when we left the airport to get on the bus back to the car park we had just bought a coffee and were told no drinks were allowed on the bus. It was frustrating as we had to try and drink it very quickly but still missed the bus and had to wait for the next one. I can appreciate you have rules in place but the most frustrating thing was when the next bus arrived and the driver allowed another person to get on with a can of drink in their hand. What’s the point of your rules if not everyone is enforcing them or are some of your drivers more discriminating than others? It was a waste of a perfectly good cup of coffee and ruined what could have been a great experience.”

Car park road surfaces full of potholes. It was raining the evening we returned and with INSUFFICIENT LIGHTING to see the road surface and the large puddles we ended up with wet feet. Just what you return from a holiday!!!!
IMPORTANT: To exit this supposedly secure car park we needed NO security code to leave the site! The barrier just lifted. There was no sign of security staff.”
“The condition of the car park is terrible. Large potholes everywhere which are difficult to avoid causing damage to tyres.
However, the staff were very helpful and the bus transfer was good.”
