Taking 1 point away as I’d appreciate if the shuttle driver consider the young children and elderly while driving… I can appreciate that everyone is in a hurry to get to airport but driving like on a race track doesn’t make everyone feel satisfied with the service.”
“The experience was so different to APH standard at Gatwick. Staff were friendly but I wasn't expecting to be over loaded with information from 3 different people on arrival,after a 2 hour drive. I was expecting to drive up to a barrier, take a ticket and park my car. Instead I was directed by 3 different staff, to a parking area, called grey. Then waited around 15 minutes for people to arrive, board the bus before driving to the airport, which was another 15 minutes away. The parking experience could be much better APH.
I hope I never have to fly from Luton in the future. Gatwick is luxury.”
