“On arrival at the car park I was greeted by a lady who checked me in quickly and she pointed out a gentleman further on. When I reached him I was given my ticket and clear instructions on where to go.He was friendly and easily understood. On arrival at my designated zone a second gentleman indicated the parking area. The bus driver greeted me on boarding and we were given instructions for our return.
On returning the driver helped me with my case. I am old and the case was heavy. He was kind and friendly. I am appreciative of the attitude and kindness of your staff”
