“The parking facilities and bus transfers were good but I was extremely disappointed to find that when I logged onto the site for a second time that the price had been increased by £10 obviously the worst use of cookies to increase prices.”
“Surface is completely impossible to wheel suitcases from certain parts of the park. On arrival at Luton at 11pm on Saturday 1st Oct 2022 on time it took more than 2.5 hours to clear customs and collect our luggage. On ringing the APH arrival tel. number, as required it remained unanswered after ten minutes and other passengers stated they also could not get any answer. The coach took more than 40 minutes to arrive and in our estimation was totally over loaded on its return.”
