“The facility serves its purpose but gives the impression of an unmaintained facility and I was a little anxious about potential damage to my car as I have seen pictures of damaged cars left in similar settings, it is also not the easiest site to find and your instructions did not seem correct”
“We drove in through the gates and were given a ticket. Very important to keep this ticket. It gets you back to the right car park and also has where your car is parked written on it!
We parked at the end of a row after reading some reviews about scratches. It allowed a little more room and only had a car on one side.
The bus to airport arrived a couple minutes after we did.
On return it was all pretty easy. Waited for our bus at the place we were dropped. Unfortunately to late for the 1st bus, the 2nd one that turned up was going to a different airpark, so we got on the 3rd bus that came. It only took about 20 minutes if that.
Pink tickets go to one carpark and white to another. The driver scans your ticket and will let you know if it's the right bus.
Found car and drove straight out.

“Journey from car park to airport was smooth with no problems, however, the return bus from airport could have been much better organised especially as this was full to, or beyond capacity, as experienced at approx 2.30 a.m ; everyone crammed in at bursting point with so many large luggage cases but people not organised logically by the driver - people stuck at the very rear needing to find their luggage and disembark first etc and those disembarking first to collect keys whilst last drop off's at the front rather than at the rear ! Total chaos.”
“Everything was easy. Car recognised on arrival. Promptly let in and directed to a space so we didn’t have to drive looking. Shuttle service to and from Luton was quick and convenient. Exiting carpark was simple with ticket and barcode. We’ll done APH”
“Hi every thing fine . The only issue is disbalance parking place. I have parked my car in mid night in yellow E marked area. However I was luckily saved from a big fall as soon I parked car and going for bus. There was no light available on the path . The guys at reception must warn all customers to use mobile phone torch after parking car. I was lucky otherwise my holidays may ruin before they start.”
“Very smooth operation! Bus collects passengers from various parts of the car park every 10 minutes and takes you directly to the Airport. Drop off is the same. Self parking is reassuring -can leave "stuff" in the car.”
