“Very easy to park, good instructions when you arrive and buses run regularly. The only thing I would point out is that there are quite a few bad pot holes in the car park and trying to pull your luggage over the gravel stone paths can be very difficult”
“I came back with a Brocken wrist from holiday and the driver did not offer to help put my cases on surely on this occasion would you have a bit of simparthy as it was in a sling .if I sore that then at least I would have helped.”
“We were greeted and parked our vehicle very efficiently, but I would like to point out that the very uneven roads that are not tar-mac made it very difficult to convey our suitcases to the bus and the same on the return journey, the fact that each time we returned it was very dark and not too easy to locate our car as the car park was so dimly lit.
Otherwise I would recommend the shuttle service as we have used it every time we have flown from Luton. Thanks”
