Overall I was pleased with the parking, location and bus service (despite the 3* rating) What I was not happy with was on return from my holiday I was greeted with a large dent and scratch on my drivers side door. I understand this was no fault of APH but there is nothing in place to help unfortunate customers who find themselves in this situation. I waited for help for 25 minutes only to be told there was nothing that APH could do. They couldn’t even check the cameras which I thought would be straight forward. Just look in the spot I was parked at for a week and see who parked next to me and hit my car. Overall I did not leave in the best of mood.

Arrived after heavy rain to find large areas of the Self Park flooded. Our area was under water so we were redirected to another. Had to navigate around the flooded area to get to a pickup point. The bus (both go to and return journeys) was very overcrowded with no help from the driver with luggage. On our return at 2 am found the car park badly lit and no staff on hand to help.

Very good parking, easy to navigate. Just not enough lights at night.

Cannot fault easy to book easy parking drive to airport great, and the car park is getting more tarmac as that can cause problems with the wheels of cases .

Only issues were lack of lighting at the car park when returning late at night. Also no proper shelter to wait for bus in torrential rain - what is there didn't really keep the heavy rain off
