“Easy to find and use - it would be better if the number of the bus stop at the airport were more visible.
Parking at the airport has doubled in the last couple of years - not sure why”
“Recommend that they mark their parking spaces, as there was a few people that took up two parking spots and my larger vehicle couldnt fit.
Otherwise well organised. I lost my ticket after my holiday and they were fine with that.”
“Buses from airport are promoted as every 20mins, which is true. However, if the express parking bus comes, you could be left waiting 40mins for a bus to get back to your vehicle from a long flight, which is the last thing you want to be doing”
“On arrival given return receipt andf directed clearly to red zone, parked car near red stop and got bus very quickly to airport. All very efficient. Return from airport started well, bus arrived at stop R and got back to red zone quickly. I am partly disabled with bad knees and my wife is partially sighted so struggled to get cases off shelf and was not amusee by rude driver telling us to hurry up! Found Car OK and got to exit but the flimsy receipt would not operate barrier but pressing help button did raise it. Could easily have been 5 stars but for these two niggles at the end of a long journey.”
“Fairly easy to use , just book in your reference on your way in and get your return ticket to get back out through barrier ( or retrieve keys) on your return, then follow signed instructions as to which drop off type you're doing ( either keep keys or drop in locker ) and park up and wait at the shuttle stop . Seemplze !”
“Parked my car and had my flight cancelled. Returned to my car an hour later without using the 5 days I have paid for. I asked to get a voucher so I can use it on my next flight and I was refused. I asked to claim on my insurance. Not good! Outside of my control my flight was cancelled when I was in the terminal. I should be given a voucher to use on my next trip!”
“We’ve used this car park several times and always been happy. But this time i was disappointed as I had to find a place to park our car, I was given a zone to park in But could only find two narrow spaces.
The usual place for dropping off keys appeared to be closed so maybe APH have staffing issues? I would have found this quite stressful if I was running late or on my own with young children. I didn’t realise there was a self park option.”
