“The service to and from the car park was excellent. Hardly any time to wait and easy to find our car due to the efficient colour coding/numbered spaces.”
“Would normally only use on-site airport car parks but had Tesco vouchers so booked APH. All good, only thing I would fault is that when we parked up on arrival and made our way towards the bus at the bus stop, it drove off when we were probably 30 seconds away and obviously running to catch it! We were left with a 20 minute wait for the next one.”
“Trip out was good. friendly service and quick bus service. However on landing we had to wait at least 30 mins for the transfer bus back to the car park, which felt unacceptable after a long journey. The bus was very busy and so I feel more buses should be put on at peak season.”
“Pros - Short wait for transfer both to and from the airport, 10ish mins transfer time was accurate, Post code takes you to the correct location.
Cons - The importance of the small paper receipt, given to you on entry, is not obvious. You need this for catching the return bus and exiting the car park (There is no number plate recognition and you need the bar code). We were stuck at the barrier rummaging around for it, after discarding it thinking we just needed it for the transfer.”
