“Booking was easy. the directions given to the car park were clear. Check in and out were straightforward. Bus waiting times were as expected. Have used APH Luton before and it has always been good.”
“Very handy parking, and very good value, but the shuttle bus drivers all seem to have a terrible attitude. One spent the entire drive from the car park to the airport yelling at everyone to move down the bus, when we were already completely packed in. Most of the time he was unintelligible and just confused all passengers. Another journey I had the driver make sarcastic comments at myself and others - he may have been trying to be funny but it left everyone uncomfortable and annoyed, not what you want after a full day travelling, or tainting your experience after a nice trip away.”
