“Only issue was far too many people on the coach back to the car park. Stood up like sardines with no personal space between us. Not sure if this would have complied with insurance requirements. Plus very uncomfortable. A few more coach's would have helped.”
“Only comment would be the Car Park is poorly lit during the dark hours and exit signs are hard to spot. Bus service very good with polit/professional drivers.”
“The coming back was alot less stressful than actually trying to park in the dark and pouring down rain. Some of the shelters could be clearly marked that it is not a bus stop as lots of people were waiting only told by a passerby it wasn't a pickup point. Could be more lit in the darker times as parking lines wasn't the most visible. Aside this the transfers were between 10 and 20 mins and came regularly.”
“Was told to park my car in row C and the only available spaces were either too small to open the doors or involved parking in about 5cm of standing water!
For the return airparks bus transfer, the first bus was full so had to wait nearly 45 minutes from leaving the airport terminal before arriving back at our car.
Despite scanning my car parking ticket at the exit, the barrier would not open and I had to use the call button and wait the best part of a minute before the barrier was lifted.
Generally disappointed by the overall experience as I have used a number of parking services at Luton airport before and this was probably the most arduous.”
