“Good price and easy to find.
Driver on the return journey was not very helpful and left lots of customers at Luton airport who were not sure if if was the right bus. It was a difficult finding the exit in the car park when leaving in the dark, not enough exit signs”
“I have used Self Park on many occasions and will continue to do so. Excellent and hassle free.
Only negative I was travelling with my mother on the last occasion and she could have done with a seat at the bus stop.”
“There was no lighting avaiable when we arrived at 7 am on the sunday morning. We could not see a bay number where the car was parked, there was not sufficient indication of where we should go
The staff in fact were very helpful but they seemed a bit chaotic, The bus into the airport should have taken 20 mins but was more like 40 mins and people were getting off and walking so as not to miss flights. LUTON airport sort out your BUS LANES... it was not the fault of APH as the driver did his best.
I do re iterate the car park lighting needs improvement as does all the signage.”
“Easy to book and locate, drive in and the cameras take pictures of your car, so that’s good, friendly staff, directed us to the correct location, as there were two types of parking, one where you park up and leave your keys, and the one we had chosen, park your car and take your keys with you, space found and parked without issue, staff directed us to the bus pick up point, useful as we were first on the bus the next stop was the second park of the car park where people have parked up and had to leave their keys for someone to move and park their car for them, lists of people so bus filled up and was packed as we left for the airport, driver told us the pickup point so again all good. Upon return we were picked up from the correct pick up point despite the problems that were going’s on with the car park fire at the airport. We waited for just a min or so, the bus then left with just us on it. Dropped off in the correct location to get our car.
The only problem/issue we had with the whole experience came now. There were no lights on in the car park, the surface is
Not very well maintained and as such has large potholes, there had been heavy rain and as we could not see, it was impossible to avoid them. Very wet feet. All in all, a good experience but some lights in the car park, really are a must.”
