“The basics are spot on, but there's plenty of room for improvement. If arriving back late at night, it's a struggle to find the exit due to the non-existent lighting and lack of visible signage. This needs addressing urgently. It leads (no pun intended) to a poor customer experience. Also, what's going on with the temperature in the buses to and from the airport? It's absolutely roasting! There must be cooler saunas out there. Please turn it down a notch or five.”
“Poorly signed posted. Staff seemed uninterested and communication was almost non existent. The lighting around the site was poor and we struggled to find our car as did other people.
We have previously used APH at Gatwick but definitely will not use APH at Luton again!

“Amazing parking, I just want to let you know that you can put more lights around the parking area, because at night time it’s really dark, other than that it’s everything perfect . Thank you very much for keeping my car”
“The concept is good however when you are told to drive to another part of the car park to ‘meet’ a warden & said warden is not around, it makes it a little difficult. Parking here is very convenient for transfers to the airport & is at a relatively good price, would recommend solely on the convenience but allow time to find warden, park car & wait for transfer!
Also there are several exit signs but 1 exit is actually open, we probably spent more time driving around the car park looking for exit/warden than we did on the transfer to & from airport.”
“Due to some off tarmac laying pattern, the slots to park the cars were flooded after heavy rain and the new tarmac stopped the water from draining away, I stepped out my car into a pool, right up to the ankles. moves the car, walking in the pitch dark, my wife tripped over the new tarmac and was badly hurt. Surely these new bumps should be highlighted as a trip hazard.”
