“We were directed to Zone C where there was no room so my wife returned to the entrance to seek advice.
Whilst she was doing so I had a look around the immediate area and noticed there were absolutely no walk ways between the rows of the the vehicles of the Zones in the immediate area.
My wife returned and told me I could park anywhere nearby so, becaus eof what I has seen I drove to Zone A and parked in a space by the boundary fence to save my vehcile from possible damage by customers squeezing between it and the vehicle beside it.
I was due to use you again on 09March for a week but have canceled it
I do not want to risk damage to my vehicle by others who are not prepared to walk along the roadways but squeeze between veicles on route from the venicles to the bus stop and vica versa.
Of course your T&C's mean that customers have no recourse through you if their vehicles were to be damaged in this or any other way so, will not be using APH Luton Self Park again”
“Arriving in the early hours at car park I found the staff less than helpful, yes it was raining and they did want to come outside their hut. Car park itself was mainly made up of large gravel, on our return the driver was less than helpful, just standing back and letting the passengers sort themselves out, too many people with push chairs allowed on which blocked the exit. Again arrived in rain and disembarked from a pickup point quite some distance from our vehicle, pulling suit cases over such rough ground in the early hours of the morning in heavy rain and flooded ground made the return difficult”
“I've previously been happy with APH Manchester, but this was a different experience. A deep pothole in the main access road ripped off our front bumper and wheel arch trim, as well as damaging the fog light. APH were notified at the time, and on return from holiday, it was noticeable that all the potholes had been newly filled in. Despite promising to call to discuss, we've had no contact. So far e-mailing complaints department has resulted in being fobbed off to Airparks.
We're not asking for anything other than an apology and attempt to put right damage that was caused by their negligence.”
