“Easy to park up and get the bus to the air port. Needed more information of how to get back to the car park after coming off the flight as wasn’t sure were to go to get the bus back. But once we found it was easy enough to find the car and go.”
“Excellent as usual. We have been using this parking service regularly for the last three months. Each time its has been good - entry, exit, bus travel, pick-up points, location and pricing are excellent. We first used it many years ago and it has improved progressively to where it is a much better facility than any on site - let alone its very low cost and ease of use. Thankyou”
“We arrived and departed in the dark, although there were lighting pylons around, they were not on, making it difficult to negotiate the path from car to bus over the rough flooring”
“Arrived at 6 am directed to row b only to find 3 cars in front of me in row b with no spaces cars pulling up behind me also been directed to row b drivers had to get out and stop further cars. No room to turn around had to reverse in dark all way out and found space in another row. No directions to bus stop stood in one then told to go to another. Pouring with rain and no room in bus shelter which only held about 20 people. Bus turned up and it was a free for all charge to try and get on it. The bus was reversing to the bus stop in the dark in a poorly lit car park and people were trying to get on. Accident waiting to happen. Bus filled quickly and we’re told to wait for next bus. No Q system. Next bus came got on no issues . We had arrived in car park early luckily as it took from arriving at car park to airport just over an hour. No issues on return journey”
