“I would have left a 5 star review but for a problem that is not the fault of APH Luton. There are so many roadworks going on near to the parking area & unfortunately we got caught out by a road closure. The roads around the airport terminal are a nightmare as well due to road works which doesn't help. As I say this is not the fault of APH because their service couldn't be any simpler or more straight forward. I have used both the self park & the drop & go service so can't fault their actual service. I will hopefully be using their services again, just as soon as I can get a holiday booked.”
“I have parked in Luton self Park few times already. I had a good experience with this system. The buses came every 15 minutes so it was very convenient. But this time we had to wait quite a long time in the morning.”
“Everything fine on the way to the airport. Poor on the way back. Waited ages for the bus which cramped, dirty and very hot. Several people had to wait for the next bus. Exit barrier wouldn’t open so wasted more time waiting for someone to fix it.”
