“Not enough signage to APH as its now part of airparks and until the very last minute, APH was not signed.
Hence, we ended up driving round trying to find it. When we did find it, we ended up in the valet parking and were told we were in self park.
APH is a company we always use. Now we know its part of airparks it will make parking simpler but not impressed on this occasion.”
“APH self park was effortless to use, I would definitely use them again and recommend anyone using them. I initially drove onto the wrong Airpark ( I had booked self park not the one where you leave your car keys at the park, its a separate car park) a member of the staff approached me and said I was in the wrong area, she told me where to go i did have to ask her twice to repeat the directions, she could have been a little more friendlier I felt like I had inconvenienced her she was more interest in looking at her phone) I found the right place in the end, the carparks are right next door to each other. My flight was delayed by almost 2 hours but luckily I added a few hours to my pick up time in anticipation that this might happen, im not sure what would have happened if my Flight had been delayed any longer and how this would work whether I would be charged any extra, I eventually collected my car at 11pm but if I had been delayed any longer and my time went over into the next day due to no fault of my own would you get charged for an additional day parking, this is something you would need to check.”
