“Great option for Luton airport - close enough and good connections on the bus. Only slight criticism is the lack of announcements on the bus on return as there are 2 car parks - self park and drop off meaning I got out at the wrong one not knowing there were 2 different ones…”
“Small parking spaces, small partly sheltered bus stop, small buses not keeping schedule. Took me 1h 18m from the airport to the car, which is insanely long. Wrote to customer service but have never received a response at all. The service clearly lags behind the competitors but it's somewhat reflected in the price.”
“Arrived and told where to park. Bus arrived shortly, taken to Luton Airport and dropped outside departures. Coming back had a 5 minute wait, picked up from drop off point and taken back to Airparks with no waiting time once on the bus”
