“The carpark is situated next to a drop and go carpark with the same name and it is not very clear whether you are in the right place or not. The barrier opens to give you access. Several cars were turning around having arrived at the wrong location. Signposting should be improved. The carpark is in a rural location with very little lighting which is an issue when arriving during darkness for early flights.”
“On this occasion we had not a great experience, the driver who was already in the bay refused our access after he closed the gate, even if we asked him very nicely, being really late and really cold outside.”
“Found location ok about 14minutes to the terminal so not too bad nearly caught the bus straight back to the terminal on return but driver didn’t want to let us on even though there was plenty of room on the bus and we got there before he shut the gate we called out to him but he wasn’t interested never they seem a bit grumpy”
“It started off easy and well run. Coming back, I was at the bus stop and the bus drove off without me. Wouldn’t recommend and think that it’s awful service.”
