“As a disabled passenger I arrived back at Luton very late and was unsure where to pick up the bus. I went to the area where they dropped me and asked the driver who didn't even acknolowledge I was standing there and nodded his head. No verbal communication, just rudeness. On the way back to the site the driver was so close to the car in front flashing him, the car had to move out of the way as he felt unsafe. I have video footage of this and have sent it to APH. I felt very unsafe in the bus. On this basis, I will not use this service again.”
“Number plate recognition made entry and exit a simple process. Upon speaking with the staff member was able to park near to the shuttle bus shelter. As a disabled person this was appreciated. The busses run frequently but do get full. I had to stand for the return journey as the bus was filled to capacity. Could have waited for the next bus but just wanted to get home. No fault with the shuttle company. I always use APH park and ride and would recommend.”
