“Everything went really well, very pleased with check in etc, shuttle bus drivers very informative. Only negative was no lighting in parking bays, we are in our 70s and our flights are usually early morning so always very dark, difficult to see where we are walking as well as dragging 2 cases. Thanks”
“Excellent! Straightforward and reliable. Proper car park not an acre of gravel and puddles! Friendly staff except the bus driver on the way back from airport on duty overnight 20-21 Jan who: told some poor fellow he couldn’t get on the bus while carrying a drink. I looked round expecting the chap to have a bottle of beer but no…a takeaway cup of tea/coffee WITH A LID on it??! Really? Also he told me to heave my 20kg suitcase onto the top shelf of the rack when there’s an ideal spot for it right behind his seat and which is where I placed it on the way to the airport when another driver made no comment. I gave him a stiff ignoring. What a numpty!! Sort this berk out please!”
