“Very easy and quick service. Also, they offer loyalty discounts so good value for money and the location is right next to Luton airport, so easy to get to departures or arrivals. Highly recommend.”
“Was a bit disappointed about the length of time we had to wait for our car on arrival back at the airport. They say it’s only ten minutes away. I called once we had our suitcases 3.07 am then we had to make our way to the car park. This can take ten minutes by the time you wait for a lift. Once we got to the desk and told them who we were they said it’s on its way. From the phone call to getting our car was 35 minutes, personally I don’t think it’s acceptable.”
“Everything was fine until the driver didn’t bring my car back and he has decided to open the roof…before he arrived with my car , he has tried to closed the roof but hasn’t closed it properly , which that lead to my trunk didn’t want to open as the roof was not closed properly. Not sure why he has decided to open the roof ?!?!?”
“It is a cost-effective service: however some of the operators could do with customer service and phone training, as they were unnecessarily abrupt in their phone manner.”
