“Easy too check car in. Called rhe numbered when we landed so they could bring my cat back to me people coming and going asked where car was hadn't even left where they was storing it so waited an hour and a half for it but otherwise everything was good.”
“Generally a good service at Luton Airport, drop off was easy the guys were very helpful. Upon return however, due to the car park fire a couple of days before, I got an email from Maple altering the instructions for collecting our car. We were told to go to the Mid Stay car park and to call the number given once there. No problem with that the fire wasn’t their fault. However, after trudging 15 minutes in the rain to that car park I made the call only to be told that actually we should be at the original car park because they’ve now changed the plans! So 15 minutes back where we came from still in the rain. When asked why they hadn’t bothered to tell us this they said they had no way of contacting me, even though they had emailed me no more than 12 hours prior. In short, if using this service, ignore their instructions and just ring them once you land to see what that day’s instructions are.”
“We used the meet and greet service at Luton airport, directions were very straightforward and drop off was very easy. On the way back our flight was cancelled due to the Luton carpark fire. Maple meet and greet was very helpful and told us there would be no additional charge as we would have to leave the car another day until we could get to it. We collected the car directly from their compound nearby yesterday. Would highly recommend!”
“A fairly straightforward process of dropping off the vehicle. On returning, there was a delay in retrieving the vehicle despite phoning ahead as requested. Essentially it is a good service which I would use again.”
