Shocking service. Nobody can understand much English at all. There are 3 meet and greet tables, groups of men standing around smoking.
We returned from Barcelona at 11pm to find groups of men sat in customers cars with the engine and heating on to keep warm.
I got into my car and the seat had been messed with and I couldn’t put it fully back into my driving position. None of the staff could understand what I was saying. I got home past midnight and checked the car the next morning. My driving seat was broken (I have picture and video evidence) and the seat will not click back into my preferred position and the trimming on the seat is snapped.
These guys at Luton do not care about your car!
Avoid! I have sent an email to head office and am still awaiting a response! Shocking”

Only downside is that where my car was taken to be parked must have been under a tree as it was covered in bird muck and dust when we collected it!”
