“Basically a very good service. Few things to improve. 1 clear signs as to where exactly to pull up on arrival as the desk was small and the sign covered by others dropping their cars off. 2 A walk around when leaving car to agree condition and milage and the same on collection. Other than that would use again.”
“When I arrived to the airport to collect my car I called up and let them know about it they said no problem I will have your car ready, I got to the carpark and my car wasn’t there, I asked about it they said it’s on the way, I waited 1 hour and half for my car!!!!! and they kept saying it’s on its way .. it was the worst experience I had they should even give me my money back for all this mess 1 hour and half waiting for my car it was absolutely ridiculous I don’t recommend it at all to go with them after the experience I had .. they should give me my money back for this awful service it’s the minimum they can do!!”
“Awful, we had to wait over an hour for our car, (at midnight) and worse, the delivery drivers were horseplaying on the customers by putting cones over the exit - so once you got your car you were driving around in circles trying to find the exit.
The poor controller in the maple car park looked as if he wanted to strangle the team.
I’ll pay the extra cost next time and self park at the airport.
Ps - don’t park at mid stay at Luton. The ten minute walk is a joke. Ten minutes if you’re virtually running and not carrying suitcases over gravelly ground.”
“I was reasonably impressed with the service until collecting my car. I rung as soon as I collected my luggage & walked to the pick up point in Terminal 1 which took around 10 minutes. I reported to the assistant at the Maple Desk who said my car was on its way. It did not arrive for another 45 minutes, which is longer than my drive home! Not that impressive I’m afraid!”
“Very simple drop off and pick up. Might be an improvement to remind people at drop off to call at the time they are picking up luggage so their car is waiting.”
“Excellent and easy service to use and exactly as you'd expect.
No hanging about on departure or arrival. My car simply left with an attendant and booked in on departure and arrival I phoned while coming out of the airport and my car was ready for me.
Also it's only a short walk to the terminal buildings.”
