“I've been a regular customer of APH at their other airport locations but this is the first time at Luton & it was awful. APH partners with Airparks at Luton & they let APH customers down. There is no clear instruction about what to do once you leave your car, where to leave keys etc. There is no person or desk to check in, you pretty much have to work out where to go yourself & how to hand over keys etc - there's a whole process! It's very impersonal.
The buses to the airport don't run regularly so the wait is lengthy, also it's a long way to the airport - more than 25mins, so factor that into your expectation of arrival time at the airport. At APH's other locations they are much closer to the airport & the transfer buses run frequently. Returning, pickup from the airport is really bad late at night, quite unreliable. We waited more than 40mins & there was no way of knowing where to meet the pickup bus, no signage. It's very disorganised.
On a positive front, our car was in good condition & easy to locate.”
