“I had to change my booking to a different car the app people said that I should print my original booking to take with me but atAPH drop Luton they didn’t have my booking this was sorted out and gave me a return ticket when I got back they wanted me to pay a late payment ? Please sort this out it’s been great in the past”
“The bus was there as we arrived at 130am ,very helpful guy told us which stop we need to get off !! And helped anyone who needed it. The key collection was easy no problems, thank you for a excellent service.

“As a cheap parking facility, you get what you pay for. The transfer to the airport is ok going out but coming back you have 2 routes sharing a common pick-up point. This means you have two lots of passengers with suitcases children in arms and in wheelchairs fighting over places in the queue to get on the wrong bus. Our bus back to the park was full of passengers standing in the aisle, 3 of them had children in wheelchairs. in an accident, they would have certainly been casualties. Finally, the driver was no help to older passengers in putting heavy luggage into the racks or sorting out standing passengers. A total jobsworth.”
