“We've always used this service in the past and it's been wonderful. This time, however, it was shocking. At 4am, the queue to get in was going down the street and not moving. People were panicking they would miss their flights. Once inside the barriers, only 1 out of 5 check in machines were working and 1 member of staff was there to help. The bus was packed due to the back up of people waiting. On our return, we had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come and give us our keys which was not good enough after a long journey and, again a long queue behind us. The changes implemented have turned an efficient service into complete chaos with insufficient staffing numbers. We won't be using this service again.”
“We had to change our dates. It was difficult getting through to customer serviced. After finally speaking to someone who then assured us we can turn up on the new date. Arriving on our new date our whole booking was cancelled causing delay to the airport.”
“Firstly I'd like to mention that I've used APH lots of times and they've always been excellent, however this is the 1st time I've used them for Luton (never again)! The postcode and street given took me to a terrace street in Luton (we got there at 5.30am). I called the number supplied, message said it was switched off, I called another number supplied message said switched off again, slightly worrying when you've got a plane to catch. I tried to locate the car park using Googlemaps, it rerouted me, everything looked good until the road to the carpark was closed! We started to panic and asked a local, he said road had been closed for ages. Anyway we found it in the end and it isn't APH, it's another company called airparks. Eventually car was parked, we just don't need that much stress when trying to get to an airport early in the morning. The worst bit was the switched off phones, unforgivable. I've given 3 stars instead of one because when we returned the trip back to get our car went very smoothly.”
