“What a dream, It's a lot more streamlined than the last time I used it which was before covid. Also, the car park has been fully re-surfaced and is well laid out. Collecting your keys is easy and you are out within 5 minutes.”
“Very good drop off and pick up service. I would have given 5 stars but my car was a lot dirtier when it was picked up than it was after being dropped off. I think it had been parker next to a muddy puddle or something.”

“On arrival at the car park my booking could not be found, I had booked 7 days before so I was issued with a hand written ticket, which then caused issues on my return, as could not locate my keys straight away and asked several times did I park myself and I explained I had used Drop & Go, which is what I booked! My keys were eventually found, after I was asked to then wait for several people to
be served, not ideal at 3.35am with a 3 hour drive in front of me. Overall though we have used this place several times before and found it quick, easy and convenient for our needs, so it has not put me off booking again, as have not normally had any issues.”
