“It should be really 5 stars but little incident during trip back from the airport destroyed high rating. My boy who was sitting at the back of the APH bus - burned his leg.
APH Staff was informed and was dealing with it with well.”
“At drop off the barcode on my email receipt would not work and we had to wait for assistance. On return I tried ringing the phone number on my return receipt and the number was for Gatwick! When we eventually arrived back at the car park the scan did not work in that it gave a box that was empty. We had to wait for assistance. We shall return to Gatwick in future as have never had issues there.”
“Does what it claims to do. However the parking is a 15 minute drive away from the airport. Shuttle buses are all jam packed full and not very frequent, overall resulting in a very stressful experience. Just pay extra to park at the airport.”
