“Very easy to check in the staff are really friendly even really early in the morning! On collection we left a bag on the bus and it was back to us in a matter of minutes! I always use APH and will continue to do so as they are so easy and reliable and really friendly!!”
“Smooth drop off and collection. Bus arrived within 10 minutes when we dropped off and there was one at the stop when we returned. Bus driver was lovely and even recommended somewhere for us to have breakfast when we asked him on our return. Collected car using automated machine.”
“Dropping the car off was quick and easy and instructions to get the car upon return were simple. Buses to Luton Airport were frequent, waiting no more than 10 minutes on both departure and return. Car was parked close to where we collected our keys and in the same condition as when we left it. No complaints, would happily use APH again.”
