“The overall service is good but the bus driver did not allow me to board the bus, I called him, he saw me and decided to just leave me at the bus stop. I was furious. This was yeasterday at 15:44.”

I am very sorry to hear what happened at the bus stop. I can understand how upsetting it must have been to be seen by the driver and then not be allowed to board, especially when you were relying on the transfer service after your journey.
This is not the standard of service we expect, and your comments have been shared with the on-site management team so it can be addressed with the driver concerned.

“The process was very simple and there was people to help with any questions and to guide you through. The bus to the airport was simple to use and coming home was so easy, we came out of the airport, straight to the bus and then to APH where my car was waiting. I would definitely recommend and will use in the future”

Would be good if APH could inform users, on the website information, where their vehicle will be parked up during the parking term. My car was washed the day before it was left with APH. Whilst I appreciate that it will not be as clean (dust and/or rain marks) on collection, it was returned with a fair few bird droppings on. I imagined that the secure car park would an open space with very few trees. As a frequent customer, I would be happier with more reassuring information on the website.”
