“Very efficient service and quick transfer to airport, we didn't wait more than 5 minutes for the transfer bus in either direction. Staff are very helpful and on hand to help with check in machines.”
“Fantastic service yet again, this occasion at Slip End Luton, brilliant service. On drop off met and key hand over etc all very smooth and quick then onto the bus for terminal. On collection unfortunately were stranded like 100's of other passengers due to flight cancellations all over. 2 days for us, as 1st offer was 10 hour flight to Edinburgh stay on plane while refuelled and new passengers got on then off to Luton. We opted for direct to Luton on day 2. When collecting our car the gentlemen there 1 in building for our key and 2 the guy on the barrier were so prifessional and friendly.
