“i write this with disappointment, on ariving on 20th march to drop my car, everything was perfect, staff very friendly, very helpful, perfect.
But the return trip on the 28th march, went to the designated bay E, only to be confronted with a long queue of people all waiting to go to the same place.
the bus didn't arrive till 20 minutes later, but only one bus came, causing frustration to us all.
But to make matters worse people started to jump the queue causing arguements with each other.
The driver of the bus was a woman and it was the same woman driver on the buses return, which tells me you only had the one driver for that evening to deal with around 70-100 passengers.
At one point i was going to get the police to help calm the situation cause a fight was about to break out, which would have been more stressful due to your lack of dealing with the amount of passengers.
when we finally got on the bus after an hour, at getting to the aph parking area there was no one there to assist us, it was another passenger that showed me what to do and where my car was parked.
i chose luton aph parking instead of gatwick aph to avoid the charging at the dartford crossing.
I have been to the gatwick APH parking a couple of times and each time they are beautiful, staff friendly car brought to me. WICKED, cannot fault them.
so in the future i'll be going to Gatwick APH parking even if it means paying that little extra and the stupid dartford crossing charge, knowing i'll be treated ok.
from a very disappointed customer.”
“As a loyal and long standing aph customer I found the situation on Saturday night at Luton airport awaiting the coach for drop and go unacceptable . A wait in excess of an hour in an increasingly unruly queue was unpleasant, once on board and at slip end the service was of the usual good standard. I will continue to use aph as this was the first negative experience in many years of using them . JL”
