“Great service, everything went as planned. Car was looked after whilst I was away and was ready for me when I got back. Drop off and pick up all went very smooth. Would use again for the right price.”
“Dropping off our car was simple and quick. The barrier let us drive to the lanes to disembark. We handed our keys in and got a bar code on a sticker. Somone parked the car for us. When we returned from holiday, we scanned the bar code to find the locker with our key and the area of the car park our car was parked in. So, all of that, no problem. The transfer to the airport was less pleasant. The bus was crammed and there was a frantic rush by passengers to get their cases on. Good job we were fit and able. But the transfer returnng to the car park wasn't good at all. The bus picked us up from the bus stop but I was a bit confused why the driver refused to let anyone else on the bus who arrived a few minutes later than us, even though the bus had just arrived. One of the people not allowed on was in a wheel chair. The bus had not been at the bus stop more than 2 minutes. Then we got taken to the wrong car park. We told the bus driver it was the the wrong car park but she just said I can't take you there now. You should have told me prior to arrival, and there is another bus that goes there. But when we asked another bus they refused to take us to the correct car park so we had to drag our cases along the road to the correct car park (there was no pavement) and duck under the barriers to get in. In other words, 2 buses refused to help us, even though BOTH buses passed directly passed the correct car park entrance. They did not even have to go in. I would have been happy to be dropped even at the entrance.”
“Excellent service from APH Drop & Go Luton. The whole process was smooth, quick, and very convenient from drop-off to collection. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, which made travelling stress-free. My car was returned in perfect condition and ready to go when I arrived back. I would definitely use APH again and highly recommend them to anyone travelling from Luton Airport.”

“Have used before, pleased to see signage to find location has improved, quick smooth decamp and transfer to airport. Return good, maybe signage as to pickup location and where its going could be improved as lots of people looking for long stay etc were asking us if this was it. (suspect its the airport signs are the problem) Smooth transfer to site, and through the process to get my keys, one issue the touch screen was not working well, was not registering the answers, lots of jabbing of screen.”
