“We have used APH services a number of times over the years, but this is the first time we have used Luton.
Easy to find and the site itself was very easy to navigate for dropping your car off and checking in.
Digital check in system was really good and the staff on hand to take your keys were very friendly.
There is evident work going on to make the site better, so I can only see this being an even better experience for users soon.
The shuttle bus arrived and we were at the airport 10 minutes later.
Return was just as easy; get to the pick up point, jump on and back at the site 10 minutes later.
Key pick up was seamless, just ensure you have your receipt that is issued from the machine when you checked in as this makes it far easier for the team to get your key and when it is busy then you don’t want to be holding things up.
Will use again when we next fly from Luton.”
“Excellent start to finish. We may have been lucky with timings ie bus was ready at both ends so minimal / no wait time. Even aside from that the rest of the process was extremely slick and efficient so cannot complain about anything and would not hesitate to use again.”
