“Arrival and Parking was good - horrendous wait with a double buggy 3 cases and two babies at 03:30 could not get on 1st bus as so very busy tight squeeze and a very packed bus to luton airport worst ever bus transfer and we travel a lot. Return we had a very unhelpful driver who watched me struggle with cases and pram as bus was full - another passenger came to our assistance. When we use your Gatwick service the staff are very nice and helpful. Need more buses when it’s that busy it isn’t good review for APH”

“We were very disappointed that after not arriving back from Corfu until 04.00 hrs because of a very delayed flight.
We caught the connection bus but the machine that held the keys to the cars broke down. Hence we were further delayed”
