“This was the first time I have had to use the airport parking facility and was impressed how simple and organised it was to dropping off and collecting. The only annoying thing was having to fly from Luton, when I am so close to Manchester airport.”
“Could you please put in the booking information that if you arrive earlier for some reason than your original booking, you can still just arrive at the car park and they will retrieve your car even if you have to wait a little while. It took 3 days to try and contact someone that I had arrived earlier due to medical emergency, and didn't know I could get the car on arrival. You have information on extending your dates, but not arriving earlier.”
