“The service was very easy to use and wasn't waiting long for the bus to the airport. Only thing that let down the service was when I collected the car from the car park I found it unlocked. This was at 3am. Unexpected”
“Easy process, staff were very helpful when arriving and leaving. Machine wasn't working to return the keys when we got back and staff quickly sorted the issue and got our keys, they also pointed out the way to our car which was in a very convenient space right by the key pick up. Easy to get out and on our way quickly. Good service, would recommend and use again.”
“Was given misleading information prior to arrival. I checked two days before on the frequency of the shuttle at 4am, and was told that by "Conner" by email that there was no need to worry because the shuttle was "on demand" and worked like a "private transfer". Upon arrival I was told that we had been given false information, and it was a 20 minute wait at that time of day - which was the precise reason I checked. Luckily we had enough spare time to accommodate that extra wait, but we had not allowed time for it because of the incorrect information we were explicitly given.”
