“this is an excellent service and so easy to use. Drive up and then go into the key drop off. Always very pleasant staff in attendance to help. No more than a 10 minute wait for the transfer bus and about a 15 minute transfer time to the airport to be dropped off right outside the terminal. The return was just as good, however on this occasion we had a very bossy driver, who barked out instructions to the passengers on how to arrange their cases on the racks. Customer service was sadly lacking when all that was needed was to perhaps come back and assist us more elderly passengers who were obviously struggling and perhaps a litttle more training for this individual would go a long way to representing the company in a more positive light and hence the reason for my 4 * rating.
On return to the car park getting our keys was a simple process, with clear instructions as to where my car was located.
I use Tesco Clubcard Vouchers to offset the cost of my stay, but the full price I found to be rather expensive for an off site parking facility and probably would have opted to get dropped off at the long stay car park and catch the bus to the terminal if I hadn't been able to use them.”

Nice smooth drop off and pick up. Signage entering is slightly confusing if you are looking for APH, it is signed as airparks.”
