“We used APH Luton for an early morning flight and the bus was very busy and unlike the drivers at Gatwick no help was offered with the loading/unloading of luggage. An additional bus at this time would reduce waiting (over 20mins) and help with luggage required to bring the service up to the standard we are used to at APH Gatwick”
“On the way back I took my keys and opened the car doors and the mirrors did not open. I then realised that the air conditioning settings had been changed and the seat heater was on, which I never use, so my mirrors still do not work.”
