“INFORMATIOM TO CUSTOMER STATED PICK UP & DROP OFF AT THE TERMINAL WAS BUS STOP 'R' HICH IN FACT IS INCORRECT, IT SHOULD ADVISE THE CHANGE TO BUS STOP 'E'”
