“Very good service . We’ve used the Gatwick app often . The only slight niggle was the bus driver didn’t help with the cases like they do at Gatwick . I had a husband with a broken foot in a wheel chair and 2 cases . Luckily other passengers helped”
“Very smooth and easy if you allow time for missing a bus. If in a rush, it may not be the best option given the advertised wait times. On the way back we got the bus gate at the terminal and there was an empty bus just sitting there, 1 min later the driver just left having clearly seen us. bit strange. key pickup effortless. needs a better location/route from the M1, a proper loop the loop kind of route which is confusing and then the bus drives back along most of the way you just came which feels a bit futile.”
