“We have used APH many times and are very happy with their service. Saying that this time we went from Luton and it was a self service key box system. Although going out was very good coming back and picking up our keys was not a good experience. We went to the blue section as instructed on our ticket. When we got there a man was standing there very confused with our keys in his hand saying these are not my keys. We where very lucky we where standing there when it happened otherwise God knows what woukd of happened to our keys. The man should of been on the red side of the key reclaim system not the blue, but we don't understand how his bar code on his ticket was able to open our box and release our keys. I have sent an email to aph as I understand this is a new system but it needs addressing to prevent this happening again. Saying that we will continue to use aph because we feel its a well run company.”
