“after arrival, we showed up at the agreed stand where your company's bus was parked, but the driver, looking at us and another family waiting, simply ignored us and drove away, we had to wait another 15 minutes at a cold stop. And let me just add that the bus was half empty. This does not make a good impression on customers”
“Process for checking in and out was good and bus drivers were friendly. However I was disappointed when collecting my car that it was in a deep puddle so my feet and suitcase got very wet and as the whole car was surrounded, there was no other way to access car without getting wet.”
“I thought as I booked it through the lovely people at APH I would get the same level of service. How wrong was I. Instead surly indifferent staff and stony muddy parking spaces.”
“Disaster, usually use self park, but thought this would be better. It was not. I booked in January for my parking, was sent to the wrong part first, then my booking was not found, the very efficent chap changed it to complimentary parking, as I had my paperwork for the booking. Came back, ticket would not scan, more delays in finding the booking, then eventualy found the key. Only to get to my car in the rain to find that it had been almost boxed in by other larger cars.
I would not use again”
