“Kinda easy to use but first time I was abit weary of leaving car keys in a box etc
And I losed my ticket on return to car park but there was assistance there to help me and I put the wrong date to collect the car but wasn't a problem as there give you 24 Hours after to pick it up before there charge you

“I've used APH at various airports. Always found them user friendly. I didn't realise that it had all gone electronic but a very helpful lady was on hand.
Didn't have to wait for a bus and it was a rather short journey to the airport. The drop off point was directly outside the entrance.
Had to wait about 15 minutes for the bus when we arrived back at Luton. The bus stopped right by the key collection point. This was easy to use as you had to scan the ticket and confirm it was your car and a key safe opened.
This is such an affordable way to park near the airport and don't have to rely on taxis. I will definitely use this service again.”
