“A very automated and seamless process, for drop off and pick up.
The transfer journey from the car park was very efficient.
On the return there was a large queue for the bus, everyone got on with standing room only for the short journey, the key pick up was automated, finding the car was a little challenging, with row letter ticked on the return card and a hand written number, but no numbers to speak off, just have to walk down the lettered row until you find your vehicle, not an issue during the day, but could be an issue in the dark.
But this is not a complaint, just an observation. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to anyone.

“Highly recommend to anyone. The whole process of checking in and checking out was so simple and easy. During checkin someone helped me and I was done in a matter of minutes. For check out the ticket you receive is super easy and within 5 mins of getting off the bus I was in my car.”
