“It's quick, easy and trouble free. A lot of the mundane stuff is done without any interaction with the staff. On meeting the staff members they were always ready to help and offered without prompting. All in all a very good experience.”
“Very friendly staff, the shuttle bus only takes 10 minutes and leaves frequently. A good and reliable car park - although make sure you take the M1 route straight to Slip End; we got re-rerouted through the centre of Luton by mistake during rush hour which was a bit of a pain! But other than that, would absolutely recommend.”
