“Car parking and transfer to airport was okay. Transfer from airport wasn’t, you had a lot of customers waiting over half an hour for a bus. When it arrived we were lucky and managed to get on, we were about half way in the queue, the other half didn’t get on. I notice there isn’t a rating in your survey for Transfer from the Airport.
On return to my car all the seat settings had been changed, I appreciate that the seat needs to be moved back or forwards depending on the drivers leg length but to have everything else changed eg height, tilt, back support etc felt excessive for a few minutes driving.”
